PROJECT DESCRIPTION
SSI conducted a noise and vibration assessment to address community concerns by conducting a specialized train study at Totten Mews in Washington, DC. Our comprehensive assessment focused on measuring and analyzing noise and vibration levels from passing trains at existing structures, where residents had raised concerns. Importantly, SSI referenced the standards published by the Federal Transit Administration to determine acceptable limits of noise and vibration.
