Project Description
Conducted a feasibility study, under contract to the Phillies, to determine if implosion of the stadium can be conducted safely. Study included evaluation of geologic conditions, historical implosion vibration and airblast data, and the proximity of adjacent buildings and utilities, and their sensitivity to vibration and airblast impacts. Vibration and airblast estimates were calculated and compared with established safe standards. Findings were summarized in a formal report that became part of the permitting and bidding documents.
