PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Seismic Surveys (SSI) performed a pre-construction photographic survey and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring.
Instrumentation included:
- Inclinometers to monitor ground movement behind the support of excavation
- Tiltmeters affixed to structural columns to monitor building movement in Concourse B
- Engineering seismographs to measure construction vibrations
- Remote data acquisition was employed for monitoring and reporting the tiltmeter and seismograph data.
